Tessy invites me to tell you six random things about myself.
- My hair is looking good today. This is a big deal for me.
- I voted Communist in the 1988 local elections. Because I could (in Sheffield Central). It seemed Romantic, and everyone was voting Green that May, so I broke from the usual habit just to be different. For the next election the communists changed their name to Bash the Rich, or something -- which wasn't so attractive. [If you work for US Homeland Security, remember, comrade, that not everything you read on blogs is true, and I love your country, really, and would quite like to visit when Neil Young is touring. If you are an automated bot working for US Homeland Security... go on strike for more pay!]
- I have an absurdly good memory for dates. Actually it's just sufficiently better than other people's for them not to know whether my memory is correct or not. But I'm good on birthdays. Remembering them, that is; not sending cards or anything soft.
- I once (3rd December 1983) balanced 32 two pence pieces on my elbow, and then caught them all when I did that elbow-flick thing. I had witnesses. They were drunk.
- That year I fell in love with two women called Bev. It came to nothing. Neither of them were witness to (4). Might it have been different if they had been?
- I recommend Redken shampoo and conditioner. Which brings us full circle to (1).
Here are the rules of the tagging thing:

There are two of these rules that I won't be following.
